In today’s world, so much of life has become performance based which quickly becomes a problem when our attention gets stuck on results-only rather than on forming an enjoyable performance ‘process’.

In addition, we are constantly trying to live up to unrealistic expectations whilst becoming too reliant on the opinions of others, or our perception of them, and this is dictating the way we think & feel.

The downside is that we are losing our authenticity, confidence & self -leadership skills and it’s pretty damn hard to feel self-empowered or to perform as your best self from this position.
